The turnaround time for warranty claims outside of the US is subject to the distributor responsible for handling the claim. Each distributor works a bit differently, so this question is best answered by the person handling your claim.
The typical turnaround time from the time we receive the return, to the time we are shipping back out to you is about 5-7 business days. However, it is not unusual for us to get your repaired/replaced item on its way to you much sooner than that. We will notify you when we have received and processed the return, and again with the tracking information when we are shipping back to you.

When your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email shortly thereafter. The shipping confirmation is sent once the shipping label has printed (typically within 1-2 business days), so the tracking information you receive may not update with a delivery estimate until FedEx physically has it in their possession. If you haven’t received your shipping notification yet and it has been more than 2 full days, please make sure you are checking the same email address that was used to place the order.
If your order has already been confirmed as delivered, the first thing to do is to check the front and back doors and surrounding area, and also check with your neighbors. Although uncommon, packages can get delivered to the wrong house. Keep in mind that shipping carriers occasionally mark packages “Delivered” before it has actually been dropped off. Please contact the carrier if it’s been more than two hours since you received a delivery notification.

All Audioengine products have a 3-year Limited Warranty on parts and labor from date of purchase. Your warranty is automatic, so there is no need to register. This Limited Warranty applies only to Audioengine products purchased in the United States from an authorized Audioengine reseller or direct from www.audioengineusa.com. All Audioengine refurbished products carry the same 3-year warranty as new stock.
If you purchased an Audioengine product second-hand, the standard 3 year warranty for Audioengine products is fully transferable provided that you can furnish a copy of the original purchase receipt.

What is not covered
The Audioengine Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, excessive moisture, lightning, power surges, other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification or repairs, or failure to follow the instructions outlined in the Setup Guide.
What we will do
We will repair or replace any defective parts, at our option, within a reasonable amount of time and free of charge any time during the warranty period. After service, we will be responsible for shipping the product or a replacement back to you at our expense within the continental United States.
What we ask from you
You will be responsible for shipping or transportation charges directly to Audioengine or to an authorized dealer. We recommend that you keep the original shipping materials, as it is important that you package the product so that it will not be damaged during shipping. Audioengine cannot be responsible for any damages incurred during shipping due to poor packing, so please pack well and we recommend that you insure your shipment.
If products are purchased from a US reseller and shipped outside the US, the customer is responsible for shipping back to our service center in the US at their expense.

Exclusive Remedy
This Limited Warranty is fully transferable provided that the current owner furnishes the original proof of purchase and that the serial number on the product is intact. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF AUDIOENGINE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL AUDIOENGINE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.

We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items purchased directly from our US website within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange or full refund. For 30-day returns there are no restocking fees, but we do request you cover the shipping back to us. For your convenience, Audioengine offers a FREE prepaid shipping label when returning your product(s) for a Store Credit.
Please return your items to us in the original packaging in like-new, undamaged condition with all included accessories. We are unable to refund products that are not returned to us in the original packaging.
Please complete a 30 Day Return form for all returns. Upon completion, follow the provided return instructions and return the merchandise within 10 business days to ensure that your exchange or refund is processed in a timely fashion.
Standard Shipping
We provide FREE ground shipping for orders placed to addresses in the contiguous United States (excluding PO boxes or freight forwarders). We will ship your order from our Texas warehouse in 1-2 working days after we receive it. Please see the map below for estimated shipping times. Shipping rates for express or overnight options can be found on the product ordering page.
We do not ship internationally. If you are outside the US, then you can find local resellers in your country here.

Here at Audioengine, we like to keep everything simple, including returns. Purchase any Audioengine product from our online store. Try it out, and if you’re not completely satisfied, just open a “30 day audition return” ticket (within 30 days of delivery). We’ll email you return instructions. Return the product in its original packaging in like-new, undamaged condition with all included accessories, and then we’ll give you a full refund of your product purchase price.

Your order will be filled within 1-2 working days after it is received. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. If an order is placed on a holiday or weekend it will be shipped the following business day.
Order Status and Tracking
After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email verifying that your order was received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number. If you do not receive an email from us with your order status or tracking number, please check your email spam folder.
Out of Stock Items
Products that are out of stock will be indicated on the website. Please note that you may still be able to place orders for these items. Your order will be processed as soon as these items are available and you will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has shipped.
