We are happy to offer worldwide technical support, but can only provide product services for contiguous US customers. If your product is still not working properly after troubleshooting or is damaged, please contact the distributor in the country where the speaker is located. Although repairs will not be available, they will let you know what warranty/out-of-warranty options you may have.
