Fortunately, at Audioengine, our return process is easy and hassle-free. Unopened/like new items purchased directly from our website can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or a credit that can be used towards future purchases. Did you allow for proper burn in?

If you want to unlock your speakers' best potential sound then we recommend a period of around 40 to 50 hours of at least mid-level playback to break-in your speakers properly.
