Order Questions
If you have any questions before placing your order please feel welcome to send a message to us using our support form.  If you'd prefer to speak with someone, you will have the opportunity to schedule a call with us after submitting your support ticket.

Your order will be filled within 1-2 working days after it is received. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. If an order is placed on a holiday or weekend it will be shipped the following business day.

Order Status and Tracking
After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email verifying that your order was received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking number. If you do not receive an email from us with your order status or tracking number, please check your email spam folder.

Out of Stock Items
Products that are out of stock will be indicated on the website. Please note that you may still be able to place orders for these items. Your order will be processed as soon as these items are available and you will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Orders
For all orders outside the contiguous US, including Hawaii and Alaska, please check the resellers page for a list of Audioengine retailers and distributors in your area.
