Photo Contest 2025 Terms and Conditions
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are the age of majority or older. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of Audioengine USA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
2. Entry Period:
The giveaway begins on 2/19/2025 at 12:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) and ends on 5/19/2025 at 11:59 PM CST (“Promotion Period”).
3. How to Enter:
During the Promotion Period, entrants must submit a photo of their own Audioengine setup using the entry form on the product page for a chance to win. Limit one entry per household. No other requirements are necessary for entry.
4. Content Rights:
By entering this contest, entrants grant Audioengine USA a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, and display the submitted content for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, without further notice or compensation.
5. Scoring System:
N/A (Winners are selected at random.)
6. Prizes:
Three (3) winners will each receive an Audioengine A5+ Wireless Home Music System in Limited Edition Matte Blue. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per prize: $569. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
7. Winner Announcement:
Winners will be announced on or about 5/21/2025 via Audioengine’s social media accounts.
8. Notification:
Winners will be notified through the contact information provided at entry within five (5) business days of selection. Failure to respond within [5] days may result in forfeiture of the prize.
9. General Conditions:
- Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules.
- Audioengine USA reserves the right to disqualify inappropriate or non-conforming entries.
- By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Audioengine USA, its affiliates, and their respective representatives from any claims, actions, injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this giveaway.
10. Privacy:
Entrants’ personal information will be collected and used in accordance with Audioengine USA’s Privacy Policy, available at [link to Privacy Policy].
11. Disputes:
Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Texas.
